Faridabad,  29  May: “HSPC cannot make you doctor but can enable & empower you to take the fellow employee to the nearest medical aid point” – said Mr. J P Malhotra President Haryana State Productivity Council addressing the  full day Training Programme on “Basic First Aid” held on 23th May 2018. The Programme is designed & conducted to equip the company’s representative to grasp fundamentals Do’s & Don’ts in case of a mishap in an enterprise. It is the responsibility of HR to ensure that First Aid Box is equipped with essential First Aid medicines & auxiliaries advised Mr. J P Malhotra.

Dr. (Prof) Neelam Gulati, Principal, DAV Institute of Management Faridabad Inaugurated the Training Seminar. In her inaugural address, she underlined the need of such trainings which spread the message of safety First & are humane in nature. This is service to mankind & the trained employee become.0 an asset to his enterprise as well as society. Dr. (Prof.) Neelam Gulati who has also established centre of excellence for protecting & creating awareness on Environment, appreciated the contribution of HSPC under the presidentship of Mr. J P Malhotra & his Team for their untiring efforts to empower & educate the workforce.

All participants who attended the full day programme were presented Book of “First Aid” Mr. Malhotra advised that each participant should train one fellow employee in his enterprise to create a multiplier effect & save cost. Mr. H L Bhutani Sr. Vice President HSPC in his Vote of Thanks remarked that Training is a continuous effort & its importance cannot be under estimated. He thanked the management of the companies who deputed their employee. Also present Dr. Anamika Bhargava, DAVIM, Sh. A N Sharma, Sh. P K Singh, Sh. Azad Singh who conducted the day long workshop deputed by Red Cross Society of Faridabad.        Mr. J P Malhotra thanked Sh. B B Kathuria Secretary Red Cross for the help extended to successfully conduct the Basic First Aid Training.

The 30 Participants drawn from M/s. Lindstrom Group, M/s. SJRIL, M/s. Ecocat India Pvt. Ltd, M/s. Imperial AutoIndustries Ltd 94, M/s. Amita Industries, M/s. Havells  India  Limited, M/s.  L R Foods   Pvt. Limited, Kuber Enterprises, Bhartiya Valves (P) Ltd., Hyfit Engineers attended  found the Trainning useful in all practical sense.
